This person will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to optimize our clients' business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Conduct in-depth analysis of client's existing processes, identifying enhancement opportunities via ServiceNow's suite (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
Design, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflow automation and process optimization, to align with client objectives.
Offer expert consultation on ServiceNow's capabilities and configuration strategies to meet bespoke business requirements.
Lead ServiceNow deployment projects, overseeing all phases from planning to go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Develop comprehensive training materials and sessions for clients, facilitating smooth adoption and proficient use of the ServiceNow platform.
Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems, leveraging APIs and scripting to automate workflows and data exchange.
Regularly evaluate project progress and ServiceNow implementations, implementing iterative improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements
The qualified candidate must have:
Advanced certifications in ServiceNow such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
At least 3-5 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow consulting, including process design, implementation, and optimization.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), or similar modules.
Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration, including but not limited to, workflow creation, script writing, and platform
Proficiency in scripting within ServiceNow (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective ServiceNow solutions.
