We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This person will be able to demonstrate hands-on experience gained through multiple implementations of ITSM, CSM, ITOM and HR applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling
CMDB Implementation, Support and Data Normalization
Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience in it
Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
Service-now for custom Application Design & Development
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow
Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
Experience performing integrations and process automation using ServiceNow® Orchestration;

Requirements
The qualified candidate must have:
Solid experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, and technical configuration.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
Ability to problem-solve complex software issues. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Participating in implementing ITSM/ITIL based projects;
Experience with implementations surrounding the ServiceNow HR module
Experience with using scripting tools and ServiceNow® functionality to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow®
